Visceral Fat - know the dangers!

As most of you already know, or may not, the human body carries a certain amount of body fat. Don't think that fat doesn't have any important role in the human body....they do!
They help insulate the body , protect the joint, act as energy reserves and it even goes to the extent of helping with hormone productions in the body.

There are two types of fat, typically they are Subcutaneous fat, the fat under the skin and Visceral fat, the sort that surrounds your internal organs. The sort of fat you see under your skin, isn't as dangerous as the ones located inside of your body.

To cut the story short, you need to get rid of as much Visceral fat from your entire body as possible in order to maintain a relatively healthy body, possibly free from diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes type 2 etc.
