Located in Wangsa Maju, Section 5, is easily one of the longest running gym in Malaysia to date. Established way back in January 1991, we have helped countless people reach their goals. Over the years, more and more people started going to gyms to workout to either reduce weight, get fit, get toned, increase muscle, improve on strength etc.
Today, there are thousands of gyms all over the country. We have the big players all the way to smaller establishments like that of ours. Although there may be so many gyms around, the increase interest by the public has increased too by leaps and bounds over the last several years.
