UPDATED COMP PIC - 16 WEEKS OUT.

Ok this are pics taken one day after leg workout hence they are looking a lil deflated.Can't contract them here or they would cramp up.Thanks to a cheap digital camera and a lousy cameraman.....LOL!....this is the kind of pics we managed to take after my workout session.

Being on such a low carb diet can be really taxing, but at this point it is totally necessary.Once the body has peaked then a carb loading phase will take place and this is when the muscles will start looking fuller,rounder and so much more tighter.

I can't thank UNO NUTRITION enough for sponsoring me their supplements to help me achieve my goals.I know that without their support, I'd be really broke LOL! Imagine having to spend so much more money just to obtain the necessary supplements you need during a pre-comp phase.....OUCH!

So anyways...below are the 8 cumpolsury poses we took in random arrangement.Need to tighten up the waistline more, bring up legs a lil more , basically get more cut overall.This is what i have managed to achieve in about 1 month and I still have 4 months to go before comp day.I'm quite confident that I can nail my condition come comp day.

Here are a few photos taken about one and a half weeks apart.One shows my condition just before i started training and dieting full swing while the other shows my condition after a week and a half later.
I hope to keep this momentum going and at this rate I should be able to be pretty ready come contest day.

ONE WEEK INTO DIETING.

Well , i've been getting quite a few request from friends out there to post up my pictures now that i've finally decided to make a competitive comeback this year.As I am still about 5 months out from competition , my condition now of course is still way off.

Currently i weigh about 120kg and I hope to be able to come in much bigger and ripped compared to my past outings.No easy task here...hehehehee!!!

This picture was taken very recently where I am just a week into my diet.More progress pictures to come from time to time guys so hang in there if you want to see some transformation.

One more thing that has been a huge motivating factor to me to get back into my best possible condition is a certain someone who has been very supportive of my comeback and has been giving me tons of encouragement.Wondering who? Let's just say she's someone that I treasure a lot ;) .
