Revised Location Map to Ultimate Gym.

ULTIMATE GYM has been around since 1991. Although being in existence for so many years, the newer generation among most still does not seem to know where we are situated. So it is perfectly understandable that many people wonder where our location is.

Well, in the past, maps have been posted on my blog (this one), but since certain landmarks have since been changed, it is time I re-post an updated version so people will not get confused. Just click on the location map below to get directions.

As promised, this here serves as an official announcement that www.terrygallyot.com has been totally revamped and is up and running.

Prior to this, my official website had many flash applications rendering it useless to those who use any sort of Apple products. So my bro MURAD ZAIDI helped me re-do the entire site to what it is now.
Many thanks to you bro !!!

The site basically delivers some artistic and graphic ideas while delivering the necessary information...keeping it sweet and simple.

Rant Updates - Ultimate Gym - serious fitness.

It's been a while since I updated my blog. It has been a rather busy period for me, with work plus was pretty much brain dead for the duration. Anyhow, just to inform readers out there that Ultimate Gym now also offers gym members, or even non gym members an option to purchase several brands of food supplements.

Apart from that, my personal website too has been totally revamped and will be launched very soon. Official announcement will be made very soon. A very special thanks goes out to my buddy Murad Zaidi for helping me create a new theme for my website. It will be straight and simple where by it can be viewed by all computer operating systems.

Ultimate Gym will also be undergoing a few more transformation. Several more equipments will be upgraded by mid June 2013. By such time, every piece of equipment would have been upgraded to a newer version for better function. More on that when the equipments arrive.

In the mean time, business is running as usual. Personal Training services as well as Diet & Nutrition programs are also offered right here at Ultimate Gym. To follow on what's going on , follow us HERE.

Located in Wangsa Maju, Section 5, is easily one of the longest running gym in Malaysia to date. Established way back in January 1991, we have helped countless people reach their goals. RONNIE COLEMAN in Malaysia.

12/11/12 marks a very special and probably a historical date for many bodybuilding enthusiast here in Malaysia. It was the day 8 x Mr.Olympia champ, Ronnie Coleman visited Malaysia to promote his Ronnie Coleman Signature Series supplements.

We have to thank both FITLION.COM and F1 RECREATION for making Ronnie's trip possible. They are the companies responsible for bringing in his product range as well as doing his road show. It was truly a memorable moment for many of the bodybuilders and fitness enthusiast alike.

Day one of his Road Show stop was of course ULTIMATE GYM - Serious Fitness . Now I have to hand it to Ronnie, he came in from a long 24 hour flight and was ready to come visit his fans. Talk about stamina ! No wonder he is 8 x Mr.Olympia !!!
